Pushing ahead through the mountain with 4,200 kW. PREMIUM model of a »Gripper TBM« Tunnel boring machine including trailing arm, invert and gear motor based on a prototype by HERRENKNECHT AG from Schwanau. Using the grippers that give this machine its name, laterally extendable hydraulic cylinders clamp the tunnel boring machine to the tunnel wall. Hydraulic jacking cylinders steer the route with swinging movements and impart contact pressure to the drill head. Thanks to a rotating cutting wheel, this breaks rock chips out of the rock, and they are transported away via scrapers, channels and a conveyor belt. Rock support during tunnel excavation is provided by various machine devices, for example for installing reinforcement mats and rock bolts, mounting stabilising steel arches or taking test bores for preliminary exploration.

Also suitable for installation in a diorama to create a rock breakthrough during tunnel construction. Rounded precast concrete elements for lining a tunnel floor in a tunnel construction project. Lining segments are positioned using a vacuum system and serve as a route for the tunnel boring machine trailing units and for laying rails in railway tunnels at a later point.
Floor model of a white, rail-mounted gantry crane with hoist and trolley for vertical and horizontal lifting operations with heavy loads, e.g. for the assembly of tunnel boring machines on tunnel construction sites. Large stone-crushing plant with enclosed processing plant, six storage silos, loading lanes, an elevator, a long conveyor belt with cover as well as various platforms, walkways and stairs for the workers. The model can also be used in tunnel construction projects to illustrate the further processing of the excavated rock material. Model not functional.
Transport gravel, sand and grit. Conveyor belt system for bulk material, protected by a corrugated sheet metal cover. Also suitable as an addition to the »Modern stone crushing plant« model, Art. 130164. Model not functional.
The mix is essential. Transferable asphalt mixing works true to an original designed by Swiss building machinery manufacturer »Ammann Group Holding AG«. To ensure the effective transport of that mobile installation its core components such as weighing prefillers, drying and filtering units, mixing tower modules, tanks, pumps and control room are each built into some suitable housing which is also used as shipping container. A hot-mixed mineral aggregate silo, a loading silo ensuring the transhipment of the coated materials in trucks, an elevator, catwalks, railings and many other details complement the model. Installation without any foundation. Suitable for Car System and Car System Digital.
Start of FALLER’s new building-block system. Individually configurable and expandable model of a production, carrier or storage hall according to originals erected by building contractors »GOLDBECK«. All parts forming the basic hall such as steel structure and supports, wall and roof elements, strips of windows and rooflights, rolling shutter doors which can be fixed in the open or closed position, and the travelling trolley within the hall can be arranged at will and complemented with other compatible elements of the series.
