Black Forest water mill with residential section under a hipped roof covered with shingles. Decorative parts for the facade and exterior design, such as an elevated channel, flower boxes, outside toilet, wagon wheels, logs and sacks are enclosed. The water wheel can be powered by the »Synchronous hobby motor«, Art. 180629.
